School Staff Training
Collaborative Teaching and Inclusions Workshops
Marc Hoberman (English Teacher/Dean of students) and Judy Epstein (Special Education Specialist) have worked together over the past eight years creating one of the most successful inclusion programs in Rockland County.

Peer Mediation
This all inclusive program trains teachers and students how to facilitate a Peer Mediation program in school. Students learn how to help their peers settle disputes in a non-confrontational manner.
- Percentages of conflicts drop dramatically when a successful Peer Mediation program is implemented.
- This program teaches students skills that are effective in school as well as the work setting.
- Teachers learn how to facilitate future Peer Mediation programs.

Leadership Training
An incredible program that helps students and faculty learn how to assist others with difficult situations at school and home. Training is facilitated in the form of a Retreat, or a one or two day seminar. Participants learn how and when to:
- Explore plausible solutions
- Recognize consequences
- Refer more serious situations
This program will increase the comfort level among participants to maximize learning, sharing, and cultural respect.
